DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCUREMENT The subject of the procurement is a digital service for domestic newspapers and magazines, which includes a selection of periodicals and a user interface for using, browsing, searching and reading the magazines and newspapers, as well as related support services. The Contracting Authority may obtain various usage statistics on the service and the periodicals included in it. Access to the digital service for domestic newspapers and magazines must be available to the entire Government as a whole (ministries, the Office of the Chancellor of Justice and the Office of the President of the Republic). Access to the service is enabled through IP authentication or SSO one-time login, which ensure that only the Contracting Authority’s authorised users can use the service. The Contracting Authority’s personnel has access, as the Provider’s SaaS service, to maintain the service platform, which includes the domestic newspapers and magazines selected and purchased by the Contracting Authority.
