DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCUREMENT The subject of the procurement is a digital service for Finnish newspapers and magazines, which includes a selection of titles and a user interface for using, browsing, searching and reading the newspapers and magazines, as well as related support services. The Contracting Entity may obtain various usage statistics on the service and on the newspapers and magazines included in it. Access to the digital service for Finnish newspapers and magazines must be available to the entire Government (Ministries, the Office of the Chancellor of Justice and the Office of the President of the Republic). Access to the service is enabled through IP authentication or SSO single sign-on, which ensure that only the Contracting Entity’s authorised users can use the service. The Contracting Entity’s personnel have access to the service platform maintained as the Supplier’s SaaS service, which includes the Finnish newspapers and magazines selected and procured by the Contracting Entity.
