TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objective of the procurement of school supplies is to ensure the availability of the supplies required for schools’ daily teaching activities in a cost-effective, flexible and consistent manner. The procurement aims to cover schools’ usual and recurring needs as well as unforeseen or case-specific additional needs throughout the term of the contract. The competitive tendering is carried out so that the procurement consists of a pre-defined reference assortment and supplementary price lists that complement it. The supplementary price lists are intended to cover schools’ individual, varying and supplementary needs that are not appropriate to include in the actual reference assortment.
