TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objective of the school supply procurement is to ensure the availability of the supplies required for schools’ day-to-day teaching activities in a cost-effective, flexible manner and under consistent terms. The procurement aims to cover schools’ ordinary and recurring needs as well as unforeseen or case-specific additional needs throughout the entire contract period. The tendering is carried out so that the procurement consists of a predefined comparison assortment and supplementary price lists that complement it. The supplementary price lists are intended to cover schools’ individual, varying and additional needs that are not appropriate to include in the actual comparison assortment.
