TENDER DESCRIPTION
The aim of the procurement of school supplies is to ensure the availability of supplies needed in schools’ daily teaching activities in a cost-effective manner, flexibly and on consistent terms. The procurement seeks to cover schools’ usual and recurring needs as well as unforeseen or case-specific additional needs throughout the entire contract period. The tendering is carried out so that the procurement consists of a predefined comparison batch and supplementary price lists that complement it. The supplementary price lists are intended to cover schools’ individual, varying and supplementary needs that it is not appropriate to include in the actual comparison batch.
