TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is gym equipment and accessories for the gym in the new swimming hall in the City of Kouvola. The offer must include a gym room design service. The objective of the design is to ensure a safe, barrier-free, functional and user-friendly overall space. The scheduled delivery date for the equipment is in early April 2027. Delivery time is at most 3 months from the order. The supplier shall ensure that the agreed delivery time is met. The gym equipment and accessories shall be delivered and installed in working condition. The final quantity of the items to be procured is conditional on the sufficiency of the appropriated budget for the procurement and may change based on the request for tenders and the estimate provided in its appendices. As an additional procurement option, the right is reserved to order individual items afterwards during 2027.
