TENDER DESCRIPTION

Order of service. The purpose of this public procurement procedure is to provide catering services in the town of Mezőberény starting from 01.09.2026 – subject to what is set out in Section II.2.14) – as follows: The Contracting Authority makes available, for the winner of the tender in return for a lease fee, the kitchen located at 5650 Mezőberény, Petőfi utca 14/b, the serving kitchen existing on the property at 5650 Mezőberény, Luther tér 1, and the cooking kitchen and the associated premises located on the property at 5650 Mezőberény, Puskin utca 11, which the winner may use to perform the service. The amount of the lease fee, with regard to the kitchen at 5650 Mezőberény, Petőfi u. 14/b, the kitchen at 5650 Mezőberény, Luther tér 1 (serving kitchen), and the kitchen at 5650 Mezőberény, Puskin utca 11 (cooking kitchen), is altogether a net amount of HUF 2,000,000 per year. The lease fee includes the utility costs of the kitchens and the related service premises at 5650 Mezőberény, Luther tér 1 and at 5650 Mezőberény, Puskin utca 11.
