TENDER DESCRIPTION

During the Term of the Contract, the Service Provider is entitled and obligated to provide the Service as follows: - regarding the basic vehicle quantity (20 units): 1,380,000 vehicle kilometers (vkm) + 20% option annual useful passenger-carrying line (including the vkm performance covering the route distance recorded in the terminal technology between the drop-off and pick-up points at the same terminals of the line) service, - regarding the optional vehicle quantity (6 units): 414,000 vehicle kilometers (vkm) + 20% option annual useful passenger-carrying line (including the vkm performance covering the route distance recorded in the terminal technology between the drop-off and pick-up points at the same terminals of the line) service with operational buses, whereby the Ordering Party undertakes with the signing of the Contract the obligation to call off an average of 69,000 vkm/vehicle performance annually.
