Renovation of Nyíregyháza Bem József General School (4400 Nyíregyháza, Epreskert u. 10., hrsz: 1618/6) with the following main quantities: Net built area of the facility: 6239.76 m2 The main measurable quantities of the procurement: Construction: Roof covering replacement (1750 m2), replacement of polycarbonate skylights (145.56 m2), installation of new floor finishes (2310 m2), installation of new wall finishes (1103 m2), replacement of interior doors (104 pcs), dismantling WC cubicles and construction of new ones (85.7 m2), smoothing/plastering (1999.36 m2), dispersion painting (5839.06 m2), erection of facade scaffolding (1360 m2), thermal and acoustic insulation of flat roof (1156.88 m2), waterproofing against rainwater of flat roof (1553.68 m2), removal and destruction of asbestos-containing building materials (1457.76 m2).
