1. The subject of the contract is the execution of the task under the design-and-build formula entitled: “KPP Świecie – construction of a new headquarters”. The investment assumes the construction of a new headquarters of the District Police Headquarters in Świecie, consisting of an administrative building with an underground parking facility, a garage-workshop building, a building serving the dog service (kynological facilities), a set of kennel runs for service dogs, a freestanding prestressed-concrete antenna mast, a pylon, a hardened internal access route with parking spaces and sidewalks, fences together with gates and pedestrian doors, utility connections and technical infrastructure and small-architecture objects. 2. The subject of the contract comprises architectural, construction, engineering and supervisory services and construction works in particular: earthworks, construction works in the scope of buildings, concreting, reinforced concrete structures, bricklaying works, steel structures, execution of roofing, insulation works, thermal insulation, façade works, plastering, works in the scope of building joinery, covering floors and walls, painting and glazing works,…
