TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a task under the design-and-build formula entitled: “KPP Świecie – construction of a new headquarters”. The investment assumption is the construction of a new headquarters of the Świecie District Police Headquarters (Komenda Powiatowa Policji) in Świecie, consisting of an administrative building with an underground car park, a garage-workshop building, a building for the dog-training (kynological) facilities, a set of kennels (runs) for service dogs, a free-standing strut-reinforced concrete antenna mast (strunobetonowy), a pylon, a paved internal access/communications area with parking spaces and sidewalks, fences together with gates and pedestrian gates (furtkami), utility connections and technical infrastructure, and small architecture objects. 2. The subject of the contract comprises architectural, construction, engineering and supervisory services, and in particular construction works, including: earthworks, construction works in the scope of buildings, concreting, reinforced concrete structures, masonry works, steel structures, execution of roof coverings, insulation works, thermal insulation, façade works, plastering,…
