TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is to carry out the task under the design-and-build form entitled: “KPP Świecie – construction of a new headquarters”. The investment assumes the construction of a new headquarters of the District Police Headquarters (Komenda Powiatowa Policji) in Świecie, consisting of an administrative building with an underground parking lot, a garage-workshop building, a building for dog handler facilities (kynological support), a set of kennels for service dogs, a freestanding strut-concrete (precast reinforced concrete) radio antenna mast, a pylon, hardened internal access routes with parking spaces and pavements/sidewalks, fencing together with gates and pedestrian gates, connections and technical infrastructure, as well as small architecture structures. 2.
