TENDER DESCRIPTION
Lot 1: Eggs, egg products: 9 items in different pack sizes until the net framework amount of HUF 27,000,000 is exhausted. For the given lot, the list of products to be procured and the quantity planned for an approx. 1-year period for the given product (for 1 year approx. 51,500 pcs; 4,000 litres; 300 kg) are contained in the Commercial price schedule issued as part of the SPD. The specified quantities are for information purposes; they indicate the quantity ratio of the products relative to one another, and are shown for the purpose of comparability of tenders. Invoicing/settlement is carried out on the basis of quantities actually ordered/delivered during the term of the framework contract, based on the unit prices provided by the successful tenderer, up to the specified framework amount. The contracting authority undertakes to call off 70% of the available framework amount. The detailed technical description is included in the procurement documents. The proposed net tender unit prices must include all ancillary costs arising until the delivery/handing over of the products at the place of performance; in addition, the successful tenderer may not charge the contracting authority…
