TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the tender is the award of agency services for the strategic, creative, communicative and editorial support of maritime events of Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH. The services relate in particular to SMM, MS&D Conference and Expo and ALL ABOUT PORTS. In addition, where needed, it should be possible to include services for further maritime events of Hamburg Messe und Congress, in particular for Seatrade Europe, in the contract. The event brands to be supported differ with regard to their market position, their maturity level, their event formats and their respective communication objectives. While SMM, as an internationally established leading trade fair, has an existing brand and communications presence, the planned further development of the MS&D Conference and the build-up and establishment phase of ALL ABOUT PORTS each require strategic and creative support tailored to their specific starting situation.
