TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority, Stadtwerk Regensburg GmbH, plans to repurpose the former grain storage halls in Auweg, Regensburg, into a so-called creative area. The use of the creative area is planned to be diverse and specifically tailored to the needs of the creative industry of the city of Regensburg. In detail, spaces for craft businesses, co-working, office areas as well as an event area with gastronomy will be implemented. This trade includes the construction of 7 buildings in modular construction in halls 4 and 5. The implementation of this project is carried out within the framework of the funding framework "Model Projects Smart Cities: Urban Development and Digitalization" of the Federal Ministry for Housing, Urban Development and Building (BMWSB) (https://www.smart-city-dialog.de/).
