The subject of the contract is the provision and servicing of a long-term loan, in the Polish currency, in the amount of 6 385 151,00 PLN (in words: six million three hundred and eighty-five thousand one hundred and fifty-one PLN 00/100), which will be entirely allocated to financing the repayment of previously incurred obligations arising from the issuance of securities and from loans and credits that have been taken out. The Contracting Authority undertakes to make the final repayment of the utilised loan by 30 September 2041.
