TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in granting the Kęsowo Municipality a long-term loan up to the amount of PLN 2,500,000.00 for the repayment of liabilities in 2026. The contracting authority foresees applying the so-called "reversed procedure" referred to in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the bids, and then will carry out the substantive qualification of the Contractor whose offer was the highest rated, regarding the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfillment of the participation conditions in the proceedings. 1.
