TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is to grant a long-term loan in the amount of 4,400,000.00 PLN (in words: four million four hundred thousand PLN 00/100) to finance the planned budget deficit. 2. Detailed terms of the contract, including quality standards, referred to in Article 246(2) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp): 1) The principal will be repaid in quarterly instalments in the amounts and on the dates specified according to the schedule constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 2) The Contracting Authority reserves the right, without incurring any additional costs on this account, to repay part or all of the loan earlier. In such cases, the Contractor shall not charge any fees or commissions. 3) In the event of earlier repayment of part or all of the loan, the Contractor and the Contracting Authority shall agree on a new repayment schedule in accordance with the Contracting Authority’s request in the form of an annex to the agreement, without charging any additional fees. 4) Disbursement of the loan is planned in a single tranche by 31 December 2026. 5) The loan period runs from the date of signing the loan agreement to 31.12.2040. 6) Deferment on repayment of principal…
