TENDER DESCRIPTION

The District of Bergstraße (also contracting authority, abbreviated as AG) plans, as a replacement for existing contracts, to tender the vehicle fleet of the district administration and its wholly owned enterprises. A public-sector leasing arrangement (mileage leasing) is planned without an initial leasing special payment, with a contract term of 48 months and an annual mileage of 15,000 km per vehicle. A total of 55 vehicles are tendered as part of the contract. A prior determination of a specific dealer does not take place. The dealer logistics are agreed with the winner of the tender. Insurance services and motor vehicle tax are not part of the scope of services being tendered and are provided separately by the contracting authority.
