TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction measure consists of the lighting renovation of the above-mentioned site. As part of the ZUG funding by the Federal Government, the hall areas as well as all ancillary rooms are to be converted to LED technology. As part of the work, the existing emergency lighting system is to be replaced with a new one. To fulfill the services, the district’s standards for electrical engineering and IT must be strictly complied with. Primarily, building-related work is limited to openings for penetrations, fire protection, cable routing, replacement of luminaires and safety lights, adjusting the UVs, and the mechanical opening/closing of suspended ceilings. The work is to be carried out during the autumn school holidays from 05.10.2026 to 16.10.2026. After that, the work is only permitted outside school hours, by agreement with the school management. The Contractor shall ensure that sufficient workers (at least 4 persons) are assigned to the construction site so as not to endanger the execution time.
