TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction measure involves the lighting refurbishment of the property stated above. As part of the ZUG funding programme of the Federal Government, the hall areas and all ancillary rooms are to be converted to LED technology. During the work, the existing emergency lighting system is to be replaced with a new one. To fulfil the services, the district’s standards for electrical engineering and IT must be strictly complied with. The work is mainly limited to building-related activities such as core drilling/openings, fire protection, cable routing, replacement of luminaires as well as emergency luminaires, adjusting the UVs, and mechanical opening/closing of suspended ceilings. The work is to take place during the autumn school holidays from 05.10.2026 to 16.10.2026. After that, the work is only permitted outside school hours by agreement with the school management. The contractor shall ensure that a sufficient number of workers (at least 4 persons) are assigned to the construction site so that the execution time is not jeopardised.
