TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction measure concerns the lighting renovation of the above-mentioned property. As part of the ZUG funding by the Federal Government, the hall areas as well as all ancillary rooms are to be converted to LED technology. As part of the work, the existing emergency lighting system is to be replaced with a new one. To fulfil the services, the District’s standards for electrical engineering and IT must be strictly complied with. The work is mainly limited to construction-related work on openings/penetrations, fire protection, cable routing, replacement of luminaires and safety lights, adjustment of the distribution units (UVs), and mechanical opening/closing of suspended ceilings between floors. The work is to take place during the autumn school holidays from 05.10.2026 to 16.10.2026. After that, the work is permitted only outside school hours, in consultation with the school management. The contractor shall ensure that sufficient workers (at least 4 persons) are assigned to the construction site so as not to endanger the execution period.
