TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction measure involves the lighting refurbishment of the above-mentioned facility. As part of the ZUG funding by the Federal Government, the indoor sports areas as well as all ancillary rooms are to be converted to LED technology. As part of the work, the existing emergency lighting system is to be replaced with a new one. To fulfil the services, the Kreis’ standards for electrical engineering and IT must be strictly complied with. The work is mainly limited to construction-related tasks such as making openings, fire protection, cable routing, replacement of luminaires as well as emergency luminaires, adapting the UVs, and mechanical opening/closing of suspended ceilings. The work is to take place during the autumn school holidays from 05.10.2026 to 16.10.2026. After that, the work is permitted only outside school hours, by agreement with the school management. The contractor (AN) must ensure that enough workers are assigned to the construction site (minimum 4 persons) so that the performance period is not jeopardised.
