TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction measure involves the lighting refurbishment of the above-mentioned property. As part of the ZUG funding by the Federal Government, the sports hall areas as well as all ancillary rooms are to be converted to LED technology. As part of the work, the existing emergency lighting system is to be replaced with a new one. To fulfil the services, the District’s standards for electrical engineering and IT must be strictly complied with. The work is mainly limited to building-technical work for openings (through-holes), fire protection, cable routing, replacement of luminaires and safety lights, adjusting the UVs, and mechanically opening/closing suspended ceilings. The work is to be carried out during the autumn school holidays from 05.10.2026 to 16.10.2026. After that, the work is only permitted outside school times, subject to consultation with the school management. The contractor must ensure that it assigns sufficient personnel (min. 4 persons) to the construction site so as not to endanger the execution period.
