TENDER DESCRIPTION

Project description: The Offenbach district (Kreis Offenbach) plans the construction of a special needs school with a focus on intellectual development in Rodgau. The new school building is to be erected on a plot of land in Rodgau-Dudenhofen south of the Claus-von-Stauffenberg-Schule. +++ Scope of services: The specialist planning for structural engineering (Tragwerksplanung) is commissioned in accordance with Sections 49 et seq. HOAI as well as the service profile for building physics (Bauphysik) according to Appendix 1, Section 1.2.1 HOAI and services for regulatory fire protection in building law pursuant to Part/issue No. 17 of the AHO publication series. +++ Project timeframe: Project start is planned for the first quarter of 2027. A period of about 4 years is planned for planning and construction. +++ Project costs: A total budget for cost group 200-600 of approximately EUR 35.15 million net is set.
