Project description: The District of Offenbach plans the construction of a special needs school in Rodgau with the focus on intellectual development. The new school building is to be constructed on a plot in Rodgau-Dudenhofen to the south of the Claus-von-Stauffenberg-Schule. +++ Scope of services: The specialist planning for structural engineering planning is commissioned in accordance with §§ 49 ff. HOAI, as well as the service profile for building physics in accordance with Appendix 1, Item 1.2.1 HOAI and services for fire protection in accordance with building regulations law pursuant to Part No. 17 of the AHO publication series. +++ Project period: Project start is planned for the first quarter of 2027. Planning and construction are expected to take a period of approximately 4 years. +++ Project costs: A total budget for cost group 200-600 of approximately EUR 35.15 million net has been set.
