TENDER DESCRIPTION

The committee of the Landkreis Darmstadt-Dieburg, Department for Climate Protection, Infrastructure, and Investment Promotion, is seeking an office to carry out geotechnical investigations and assessments for the measure B 38 Bypass of Groß-Bieberau as part of the planning service phases LPH 3 to 5 of the bypass. The bypass of Groß-Bieberau is listed in the Federal Transport Infrastructure Plan 2030 under the category of urgent need. At present, the through-town section of B 38 in Groß-Bieberau runs through the city centre over a length of 2.2 km. After the line approval has already been completed (end of service phase 2 “preliminary investigation”) by the Federal Ministry of Transport (BMV), the planning project is now to be further planned in accordance with service phases 3 to 5 of HOAI. The investigation area is located in the Darmstadt-Dieburg district in southern Hesse, in the transition area from the Vorderer Odenwald to the Reinheimer Hügelland region.
