TENDER DESCRIPTION

The total consultant hereby commits to delivering total consultancy for the reconstruction and modernization of Kristrup School in Randers Municipality. Total consultancy means that the total consultant under this contract undertakes the solution of all or the most essential consultancy tasks for the reconstruction and modernization of Kristrup School, cf. § 10 in ABR 18. NERD Architects has prepared a pedagogical and didactic school analysis containing school development plans for each school in Randers Municipality. The school analysis focuses on the development of future learning environments. Based on the school analysis, Kristrup School will be expanded and renovated according to Kristrup School's scenario A. Scenario A includes the construction of a new multipurpose hall, 4 classrooms, as well as modernization of supplementary learning areas, small classrooms, learning plaza, and kitchen facilities for staff (hereinafter referred to as the Project), where the total consultant, as part of the total consultancy, must deliver technical advice in the form of architectural and engineering services.
