TENDER DESCRIPTION

Pursuant to the records of the Deputy State Secretariat for the Management of Registers of the Ministry of Interior, for families residing in Budapest VII. District with a permanent registered address or place of stay, who live at the registered address on an habitual basis, the provision of crisis centre service for 4 persons under a care agreement. The service provider contracting as tenderer provides crisis centre services in accordance with the requirements set out in Section 51 of Act XXXI of 1997 on the Protection of Children and Guardianship Administration (hereinafter: Gyvt.), and in Sections 67–73/A of Decree 15/1998 (IV. 30.) of the NM on the professional tasks of child welfare and child protection institutions and persons providing personal care, and on the operating conditions thereof, for the purposes defined in the preceding paragraph by the Contracting Authority or its institution(s).
