TENDER DESCRIPTION
For the Water Framework Directive (WFD), the Amstel, Gooi and Vecht Water Board (hereinafter referred to as AGV) has the obligation to monitor four biological parameters in the WFD water bodies. These four parameters, called quality elements in WFD terms, are phytoplankton, macrofauna, macrophytes, and fish. The monitoring of three of these parameters (phytoplankton, macrofauna, and macrophytes) has already been assigned. The fish monitoring is carried out by another external party. The current agreement for this is expiring and AGV is looking for a party that can monitor fish in all water bodies throughout the entire WFD plan period SGBP4.
