The contract comes into effect upon signing. It remains valid for a total duration of 37 months, or until the maximum total contract value is reached, whichever occurs first. The provision of services by the contractor will occur for 36 months starting from the contract's signing. The contract signing date is determined by the date of the later signature.

The core scope of work for this tender is the procurement of a Security Operations Center as a Service (SoCaaS). The primary objective of this service is to ensure centralized log management, monitoring, and control of the procurer's IT infrastructure, which includes network devices, servers, and other critical information systems. Additionally, the service aims for the timely detection and handling of security incidents.

The statement of work encompasses all activities performed by the contractor to fulfill the contract and achieve its objectives. This includes, but is not limited to, the implementation and configuration of the necessary technical solution and software for service provision. Other core deliverables and activities involve consulting and training for HKT, system administration, monitoring, and the documentation of relevant activities in accordance with technical conditions. The subject of the contract is the works and services as specified in the technical description of the procurement.
