TENDER DESCRIPTION
The service comprises fire protection technical cleaning of the kitchen exhaust air system in accordance with VDI Guideline 2052 in the Kasino of the Federal Statistical Office. The following cleaning interval is provided: a) Kitchen ventilation ceiling cleaning monthly b) Kitchen ceiling cleaning of the dishwashing kitchen once per quarter. If the kitchen occupancy is changed, the cleaning interval must, as applicable, be adjusted in consultation with the StBA.
