TENDER DESCRIPTION

The 6th Saxony-Anhalt State Garden Show will take place in 2028 in Lutherstadt Wittenberg, a city whose history is inseparably linked with the Reformation. With the Schlosskirche, the Stadtkirche St. Marien, the Lutherhaus and the Melanchthonhaus, it has four UNESCO World Heritage sites. At the same time, Wittenberg is a city on the Elbe. The river landscape shapes its landscape setting and forms the transition between the historic old town and the river. The State Garden Show Lutherstadt Wittenberg 2028 is guided by the guiding idea “Garden show in World Heritage”. The Kuhlache forms a central landscape and exhibition area between the historic city and the Elbe. For the Kuhlache Ost sub-area, a preliminary design is available at the level of service phases 1 and 2, for outdoor facilities in accordance with HOAI 2021. The subject of the award is the further planning and updating of this preliminary design in service phases 3 to 9. Further planning is to be based on the existing planning documents, the underlying spatial concept, and the design principles and guiding themes documented in the annexes.
