TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework purchase contract for the supply of various foreign printed and electronic journals for the University of Szeged for a period of 36 months, for a total net framework amount of 600,000 USD for the years 2027-2029. The planned number of copies is a total of 111 pieces of various foreign journals, of which 32 are printed, 15 are print and online, 61 are online journals and 3 are numbered series, as detailed in Annex No. 1 (in the unpriced budget) which forms part of the technical description. During the term of the framework contract, the contracting authority shall be entitled to deviate from the planned quantities. The contracting authority shall be entitled to modify its annual order, to order a new press product, to cancel orders for certain press products, or to modify the number of copies while leaving the contractual conditions unchanged. The quantity data provided in the procurement documents are calculated figures and qualify as information for guidance, considering that the contracting authority does not assume an obligation for the quantity, but for 80% of the stated framework amount.
