Delivery contract for the delivery of the following foodstuffs: 4. Milk, dairy products 30 040 l, 58 700 pcs, 2 000 boxes, 2 460 kg Thus in particular: in total 30 040 l milk, sour cream, yoghurt, kefir, whipped cream, in total 58 700 pcs milk, yoghurt, kefir (in cups), mini margarine, túró rudi, tejszelet, 2 000 boxes of cubed cheese, 2 460 kg various cheeses, “tehéntúró” (cow’s curd). Detailed description, specification is available in the documentation. Pursuant to Section 46(3) of Government Decree No 321/2015., the technical specification refers, where justified by the subject matter of the contract, to a product, goods of a specific manufacturer, type, brand name. In the contracting authority’s opinion, this makes it possible to provide the contract subject matter description under Section (2) in a sufficiently precise and comprehensible manner. Along with such naming, the expression “or equivalent” must be included. Please note that it is the tenderer’s task to provide evidence of equivalence.
