Procurement of motor train glasses Contract type: Sales framework contract Contract framework amount: net: HUF 196,126,409 (24 different product codes: 144 pcs indicative quantities) In case of a successful procedure, the contracting authority concludes a contract for the indicated framework amount. The contracting authority undertakes an ordering obligation from the framework amount for a value of net HUF 98,765,197 (planned quantity subject to the ordering obligation: 69 pcs). The part of the framework amount not subject to the ordering obligation is valued at net HUF 97,361,212 (planned quantity not subject to the ordering obligation: 75 pcs), which value contains the estimated value in accordance with Section 16 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. The rules for placing orders are contained in the draft contract. The quantities indicated above are indicative, planned quantities (the exact number of products required for the contracting authority's repair/maintenance activities during the contract period cannot be forecast).
