Subject of procurement: Procurement of various side window and other glasses for railway passenger coaches Quantity of procurement: Type of contract: Sales framework contract. Contract framework amount: net HUF 1,891,953 (16 different item codes – total 87 pcs as indicative quantity). The contracting authority will conclude a contract up to the indicated framework amount upon a successful procedure. The contracting authority undertakes an ordering obligation for net HUF 950,802 from the framework amount (planned for 42 pcs of products). The part of the framework amount not subject to ordering obligation is net HUF 941,151 (planned for 45 pcs), which value is included in the estimated value pursuant to Section 16(1) of the Public Procurement Act. The rules for placing orders are contained in the draft contract. The quantities given above are indicative, planned quantities (the exact number of products needed for the contracting authority's repair/maintenance activities during the contract period cannot be predicted).
