TENDER DESCRIPTION
Kaarina city requests tenders for loose furniture for the Kultanummi day nursery. The Kultanummi day nursery is a new-build project that will be completed in spring 2027. The nursery is a single-storey building with spaces for four children’s groups. In addition, it has a shared dining hall and multi-purpose hall, as well as a distribution kitchen and facilities for staff. The day nursery will accommodate approximately 75 children and 16 employees. Early childhood education will include a diverse educational programme based on the child’s play, physical activity, arts and cultural heritage. Upbringing, teaching and care form a coherent whole — also all everyday situations, including transitions, are learning situations for children. Based on these starting points, we hope that the Kultanummi day nursery will be a pleasant, creative and playful place, but also a place that promotes learning and is safe for both children and employees. The site will be introduced on Thursday 22.10.2026 starting at 13:00. Registration for the briefing session must be submitted by Tuesday 20.10.2026 at 12:00. Further details on the site briefing and registration can be found in the “Procurement”…
