TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the former district house into a cultural and educational centre. The reconstruction of a listed immovable cultural monument is carried out, along with changes to the layout and a change in the building’s operating design. At the same time, the cellar spaces of the adjacent building are reconstructed in order to change their use to an archive for the new municipal library. More detailed information is provided in other parts of the tender documents, and, respectively, in the annexes to the tender documentation, namely the Design Documentation, the Bill of Quantities of construction works, supplies and services with a schedule of quantities, and the Binding contract template.
