TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the former district house into a cultural and educational centre. The reconstruction involves a listed immovable cultural monument, changes to the layout and a change in the building’s operational design. At the same time, the basement areas of the adjacent building are reconstructed in order to change the use to the archive of the new municipal library. More detailed information is provided in other parts of the tender conditions, or in the appendices to the tender documentation, namely the Project Documentation, the Schedule of construction works, supplies and services with a Bill of Quantities, and the Binding Contract Template.
