TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the performance of construction works consisting in carrying out a building project entitled: “Cultural Campus – New Build of Primary School of Arts (ZUŠ) – Phase I”. The new build of an arts primary school, a three-storey timber building on plots in the cadastral area (k.ú.) of Zbraslav, with a built-up area of 364 m², including related construction and site works including demolition of the existing structures. The contracting authority further states that it has a Building Permit Decision from February 2026; however, at this time it is not final and binding. The contracting authority assumes that before the end of the procurement procedure, the Building Permit Decision will be final and binding.
