TENDER DESCRIPTION

DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM TARGET The target of this dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter also "DPS") is the delivery of professional, entertainment, and consumer electronics devices, household appliances and home electronics, their accessories, as well as supplies and services related to the procured devices to the customers of Hansel Oy (hereinafter Hansel). The target of the DPS is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its annexes, especially in the annex "Scope of the Dynamic Purchasing System and Procurement Terms". During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates can submit an application to participate in it. The DPS is valid until the date stated in the procurement notice, unless it is interrupted or modified while the DPS is valid. Hansel Oy's customers carry out procurements among the candidates approved in the DPS through internal competitions within the DPS, which may take place throughout the entire procurement phase of the DPS. The procurement phase of the DPS begins after the establishment phase on 9.9.2026 and ends when the DPS validity period expires.
