TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objective of this dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter also "DPS") is to supply professional, entertainment, and consumer electronic devices, household appliances and home electronics, their accessories, as well as related consumables and services to the customers of Hansel Oy (hereinafter Hansel). The scope of the DPS is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its annexes, especially in the annex "Scope of the Dynamic Purchasing System and Procurement Terms". During the validity of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application to participate. The DPS is valid until the date stated in the procurement notice unless it is suspended or amended during its validity. Hansel Oy's customers carry out procurements among the candidates approved to the DPS via internal competitions within the DPS, which may take place throughout the entire procurement phase of the DPS. The procurement phase of the DPS starts after the establishment phase on 4.9.2026 and ends when the DPS validity period expires.
