TENDER DESCRIPTION

DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM TARGET The target of this dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter also "DPS") is the supply of professional, entertainment, and consumer electronic devices, household appliances and home electronics, their accessories, as well as supplies and services related to the procured devices to the customers of Hansel Oy (hereinafter Hansel). The scope of the DPS is described in more detail in the request to participate and its attachments, especially in the appendix "Scope of the Dynamic Purchasing System and Procurement Conditions". During the validity of the DPS, all interested candidates can submit an application to participate. The DPS is valid until the date stated in the procurement notice unless it is interrupted or changed during its validity. Hansel Oy's customers carry out procurements among candidates approved for the DPS through internal competitions within the DPS, which may be scheduled throughout the entire procurement phase of the DPS. The procurement phase of the DPS begins after the establishment phase on 9.9.2026 and ends at the conclusion of the validity period of the DPS.
