TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of this dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter also "DPS") is the supply of professional, entertainment, and consumer electronic devices, household appliances and home electronics, their accessories, as well as supplies and services related to the devices to be procured, to the customers of Hansel Oy (hereinafter Hansel). The object of the DPS is described in more detail in the request to participate and its annexes, in particular in the annex "The object of the dynamic purchasing system and the terms of the Procurement". During the term of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application to participate. The DPS is valid until the date indicated in the contract notice, unless it is suspended or changed during the validity of the DPS. Hansel Oy's customers carry out procurements among the candidates accepted to the DPS through internal competitions within the DPS, which may take place throughout the entire procurement phase of the DPS. The procurement phase of the DPS begins after the establishment phase on 4.9.2026 and ends when the DPS period expires.
