TENDER DESCRIPTION

DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM SUBJECT The subject of this dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter also "DPS") is the supply of professional, entertainment, and consumer electronics devices, household appliances and home electronics, their accessories, as well as supplies and services related to the devices to the customers of Hansel Oy (hereinafter Hansel). The subject of the DPS is described in more detail in the request to participate and its annexes, especially in the annex "Subject of the Dynamic Purchasing System and Procurement Terms". During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application to participate in it. The DPS is valid until the date specified in the contract notice, unless it is suspended or amended while the DPS is in force. Hansel Oy’s customers carry out procurements among the candidates approved to the DPS through internal competitions of the DPS, which may take place throughout the procurement phase of the DPS. The procurement phase of the DPS begins after the establishment phase on 7.9.2026 and ends at the expiry of the DPS validity period.
