TENDER DESCRIPTION

DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM OBJECT The object of this dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter also "DPS") is the supply of professional, entertainment, and consumer electronics devices, household appliances and home electronics, their accessories, as well as supplies and services related to the procured devices to the customers of Hansel Oy (hereinafter Hansel). The object of the DPS is described more specifically in the request to participate and its annexes, especially in the annex "Object of the Dynamic Purchasing System and Procurement Conditions". During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application for participation. The DPS is valid until the date stated in the procurement notice, unless it is suspended or amended while in force. The customers of Hansel Oy carry out procurements among the candidates approved in the DPS through internal competitions within the DPS, which may take place throughout the entire procurement phase of the DPS. The procurement phase of the DPS starts after the establishment phase on 7.9.2026 and ends at the expiry of the DPS validity period.
