TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of market research services to support the client in the further development of its products, services, and offerings. The aim of the assignment is to gain insights into the needs, expectations, and experiences of different target groups and thereby create a sound basis for decision-making on specialist and strategic issues. The services particularly include the conception, implementation, and evaluation of survey projects. These are commissioned on a project-related basis.
