TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of market research services to support the contracting authority in the further development of its products, services, and offerings. The aim of the contract award is to gain insights into needs, expectations, and experiences of different target groups and thereby create a sound basis for decision-making for professional and strategic issues. The services include in particular the conception, implementation, and evaluation of survey projects. These are commissioned on a project-by-project basis.
