TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract is a lump-sum contract based on a total price. The contract involves restoring the Kuninkoja stream located in the Suikkilanmäki local recreational area and the Suikkilankulma protective green area within the zoning plan area of the Suikkila manor in the Ruohopää district of the City of Turku. The restoration work includes, among other things, excavation of a new meandering section of the stream, filling of the old stream bed, landscaping works, construction of earth and stone weirs, construction of spawning gravel areas and bottom sills, and green construction works, including the construction of planting holes for trees and shrubs and planting them.
